Description
The Oaks Shopping Center is a 32 acre, 380,000 SF power center anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, HH Gregg, Ashley Furniture, Ross, and Marshall’s. Project scope included construction of all buildings including outparcel buildings along the perimeter of the site. This project was the initial step in Murfreesboro creating a new Gateway to the city.
