Description
This 125,000 SF design / build project was completed by Parkes Construction, formerly R.P. Industries, in 1996. The scope of work included site work, self performed concrete work, and the building of super flat slabs for this manufacturing plant. Additionally, the project was designed and built with future expansion in mind, requiring that a portion of the building be easily removable.
